Parisienne walkways is our bier de garde consisting of 2 threads of spelt wheat saison, one stainless and the other foeder aged for 11 months. These threads were blended together and generously dry hopped with New Zealand Nelson and Amarillo hops. Parisian Walkways is characterized by its silky smooth mouthfeel, tropical hop aroma, and a crispy, bright finish from natural carbonation. This saison was made in the spirit of virtuoso axe-man Gary Moore who was a trailblazer for the electric guitar yet remained tied to traditional musical roots of Irish folk and American blues. A beer that’s smooth yet spirited, classic but electrified, subtly complex, and has endless sustain. 6.5% ABV
